The Podcast

The Confident Collective Podcast is a place that celebrates women and works weekly to breakdown the topics we are all insecure about. The podcast is a place where women can be inspired by the confidence journey of others. With our guests, we will discuss how they found their confidence and channeled it to find success in different areas of their lives including, business, relationships, finances, and more.

We will touch on the topics of body positivity, body shaming, insecurities at every size, comparing yourself, owning your uniqueness, underrepresentation of the 68%, overcoming the bias against women and more. We will chat with influencers and business leaders discussing their journey towards confidence — how being confident made them successful in various aspects of their life or business.


Fitness Events

We believe a key aspect of any woman’s confidence journey is fitness. Confidence is mental and physical. We know that the fitness world isn't always the most welcoming and can be very intimidating. We want to fix that. We will partner with gyms and studios to host workout classes for our community that is welcoming to all where women can come to try a new workout in a completely judgment-free environment.

These events are super casual, it’s like hitting up your favorite workout class with one of your bffs. Just come as you are and get ready to sweat! Be sure to follow The Confident Collective on Instagram to see where we will be hosting our next fitness event.


Workshops

We want you to love yourself and your life. Spending your life hating yourself is a waste and loving yourself is the greatest revolution. Self-Love allows you to unlock a life that is filled with happiness and prosperity. Our workshops are for women at any age or size. This will be a catalyst in creating a life that you love. The Confident Collective workshops are for women who are serious about changing their lifestyle and creating a life centered around self-love.

The day-long workshop will consist of exercises identifying the narrative we have created around our bodies. Through guest speakers and activities we will provide you with the tools to start to change your narrative. The day will end with a body confidence photo shoot that will have you face your fears and step into self-acceptance.
