Making Moves in 2022

We’re back from the holiday break! So obviously we’re catching you up on what we’ve been up to. Raeann went to Cabo with her family to live her best life, and Kristina was with her family in New Jersey. Hear about Kristina and Steve’s exploration of homes in the NJ/NY area and if they’re making any offers. Then, Kristina and Raeann share what they really think about resolutions, what their intentions are for the new year and what goals they’re working towards. From the internal work of trusting ourselves and taking better care of our health to living abroad for the summer and the physical challenge of ½ marathon training, there’s a lot to look forward to in 2022! Finally, we give our advice for a listener’s question about how to approach motherhood while sticking to your career path, and if you can do both.

“Resolutions set you up for failure. Good habits can start immediately. You can make changes in your life at any point.” - Kristina

What we talk about:

  • What we’re obsessed with right now: TV shows, recipe & book recs

  • Did Raeann have any romance in Cabo?

  • Should Raeann go on this YouTube dating show? Or be the Bachelorette? Weigh in!

  • The update on Kristina’s potential move to the east coast

  • What our travel plans are for summer 2022

  • Things we want to accomplish this year

  • How we’re challenging ourselves

“It’s something I want to prove to myself that I can do. I have been told by myself and society what fitness or a runner looks like. But I want to run 13.1 miles with my size 12 ass and kill it and prove to myself that I can do it.” - Raeann
