Charlie Ann Max, a creative director, curve model, and chef, founded The Fude Experience to celebrate authenticity through food, art, and nudity. Dedicated to destigmatizing nudity, she creates safe spaces for deep connection and self-exploration, advocating for transformation through vulnerability and self-love.

In this episode she talks about what led her to explore practicing nudity and how it has helped her get in touch with her body and feel more comfortable in her skin. She shares her intention behind The Fude Experience, how these naked dining events came to be and why it's been a life-changing experience for so many people. We get into the stigma around nudity, and tips to start being more comfortable and confident naked. She also points out how your relationship with yourself translates to how you interact with others, reminding us to treat ourselves with love and respect.

If you’re interested in learning more about The Fude Experience, you’ll hear all about what to expect from the application process to the event itself in this conversation. Make sure to check out their website for upcoming dates!

If this episode inspires you to start practicing nudity at home or with trusted friends, we’d love to hear more about how the experience impacts your confidence and connection to your beautiful body.

The act of being naked represents letting go, surrender, you're peeling back your layers to your most vulnerable point. And I believe when we have strength in our vulnerability, that is the strongest we can be and the best we can be. - Charlie Ann Max
